Sempai®

Esfenvalerate, 50 g/l

Advantages of the drug:
• very high speed of insecticidal action (“knockdown effect”)
• double mechanism of action – contact and intestinal
• low consumption rates, efficiency

Preparative form:
emulsion concentrate.

Mechanism of action:
has a double effect – contact and intestinal. In addition, the drug repels insects well and is able to suppress their feeding.

Impact speed:
within 10 – 15 minutes after treatment, pests stop moving. Their death occurs within 1.5 – 2 hours after using the drug.

Period of protective action:
Senpai® does not have a systemic effect, but has a fairly long aftereffect (about 2 weeks).

Recommendations for use:
Treatment of fiber flax crops against flax flea beetles is carried out according to the seedlings of the crop, the remaining crops are sprayed during the growing season when pests appear. One treatment is allowed per season. It is recommended to add an adjuvant (for example, Allure® or Polyphem®) to the working solution of the insecticide, which will ensure high-quality and uniform coverage of the leaves of the crop with the working solution of the drug. The waiting period for apple, cabbage and rapeseed is 30 days, for corn, sunflower and soybeans – 28 days, for fiber flax and coniferous and deciduous trees – not regulated.

Possibility of resistance:
To prevent the development of resistance of harmful insects to the drug, it is recommended to alternate Senpai® with insecticides of other chemical classes.

Restrictions:
the drug is highly dangerous for bees (hazard class 1). Treatment of flowering entomophilous crops during the period of active flight of bees, as well as subsequent visits by bees to treated lands earlier than the established period, are not allowed. The following restrictions must be observed: plants should be treated early in the morning or in the evening after sunset at a wind speed of no more than 1 – 2 m/s. The border protection zone for bees is at least 4 – 5 km. The flight limit of bees is at least 120 hours.

Compatibility:
Senpai® can be used in tank mixtures with other insecticides and fungicides, with the exception of drugs that have an alkaline reaction.
